Our Adoption Process
Double Dog Rescue has seasoned volunteers who are specifically trained to screen applications. The volunteer you are in touch with is your point person. They will direct you through the steps of adopting a dog. Based on the number of applications received, we strive to place the dog in a home where he or she fits best. Some dogs may require a fenced-in yard, special needs, home without other pets, etc.
